1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Truth & Tradition Publishing ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, placing orders, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

If we make material changes affecting existing account holders, we will take reasonable steps to notify users who have created accounts on our site (for example, by sending an account notice).

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “Customer” or “you” — any person or entity who visits the Website or purchases Products from Truth & Tradition Publishing.

• “Payment Processor” — third-party payment services we use (for example Wix Payments, Stripe, and/or PayPal) that process payment transactions on our behalf.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

3.1 Placing an Order. All Orders are subject to acceptance by Truth & Tradition Publishing. When you place an Order, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of your Order details; this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we send a separate shipping confirmation or fulfillment notice (for physical goods) or delivery/activation notice (for digital goods).

3.2 Pricing. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We make reasonable efforts to display product prices and availability accurately; however, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event an incorrect price is listed due to typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel Orders and notify you of the correct price. If you have already been charged, we will refund any amount incorrectly charged.

3.3 Promotions & Discounts. Promotional offers, coupons, and discounts are subject to their specific terms and limitations, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

3.4 Availability — Domestic Sales Only. We currently sell and ship products only within the United States and do not accept international Orders. By placing an Order you represent that the shipping address is located within the United States.

3.5 Order Limitations. We may limit quantities of items sold per person, per household, or per Order. We may revise or cancel Orders in the event of product defects, errors, or supply shortages.

4. Payment, Taxes, and Billing

4.1 Payment Methods. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the payment methods made available at checkout (for example, Wix Payments, Stripe, and/or PayPal). Payment processing is handled by the Payment Processor and is subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices.

4.2 Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention. By submitting payment information you authorize Truth & Tradition Publishing and our Payment Processor to verify your payment method and process charges. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders that we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or unlawful.

4.3 Taxes. You are responsible for paying any sales tax, use tax, or similar taxes imposed by state or local authorities for your Order. Where required, we will collect applicable sales tax at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable tax law. If sales tax is not collected at the time of purchase, you may be responsible for reporting and remitting taxes to your tax authority.

4.4 Payment Disputes/Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we will respond to the dispute and may provide documentation to support the legitimacy of the transaction. In the event a chargeback is assessed against us, we reserve the right to seek recovery of fees or costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.

5. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Cancellations

5.1 Shipping Methods and Estimates. We ship orders using domestic carriers (for example, USPS) and offer the shipping options available at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, product availability, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays in transit once the carrier has accepted the package.

 

5.2 Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, delivery address, and shipping method selected. If an Order qualifies for a free-shipping promotion, the terms of that promotion will govern.

5.3 Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us via the Contact Us page so we can assist with carrier claims and resolution.

5.4 Returns and Refunds (Physical Products). We accept returns for physical Products in accordance with the following policy, unless otherwise specified for a particular Product:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition (unused, undamaged, with original packaging) unless the item is defective or damaged in shipping.

• To initiate a return, contact us through the Contact Us page with your Order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for return shipping.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, in which case we will arrange and pay for return shipping.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow reasonable time for processing.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions. Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to: custom or personalized Products, digital downloads once delivered, and items marked as final sale. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated on the Product page.

5.6 Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us via the Contact Us page. If an Order has already shipped, the return policy (Section 5.4) applies.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership. All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, digital downloads, product descriptions, metadata, and the arrangement and presentation of content — is the property of Truth & Tradition Publishing or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Truth & Tradition Publishing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and to view and purchase Products for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

6.3 Trademarks. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and domain names used on the Website are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any trademark displayed on the Website.

For digital downloads, e-books, or other digital products sold through the Website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Copying, sharing, reselling, or distributing digital products without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.

6.5 Copyright infringement / DMCA. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on the Website, please notify us via the Contact Us page with the phrase “DMCA Notice” and include sufficient information to permit us to locate the allegedly infringing material. We will respond to notices in accordance with applicable law.

If a product offered by Truth & Tradition Publishing is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUTH & TRADITION PUBLISHING, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.2 Aggregate liability cap. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUTH & TRADITION PUBLISHING’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO TRUTH & TRADITION PUBLISHING FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9.3 Indemnification. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal dispute resolution. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first via the Contact Us page so we may try to resolve the matter informally.

10.3 Exclusive jurisdiction. Subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia. You and we each submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10.4 Arbitration option (optional). To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties may agree in writing to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by an established arbitration provider (for example the American Arbitration Association) under its rules, to provide a faster, more cost-effective resolution. Any arbitration agreement would be subject to the arbitration provider’s rules and the Federal Arbitration Act.

11.1 Termination by us. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services, or to remove or modify content, for any reason, including for suspected violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity.
